Processing & Dispatch

Orders ship fast! All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will ship the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after dispatch
• Express Shipping: 3-5 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

• Canada: 10-15 business days
• International: 10-15 business days (customs processing may add 2-5 days)

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. Track your package anytime through the "Track Your Order" link in your confirmation email or on our website.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and most international locations. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes for expedited services.

Return Eligibility

Items eligible for return:

• Unused gift card books in original condition
• Pages must be blank (no writing or gift cards inserted)
• Book must be in resalable condition with no damage

Items not eligible for return:

• Personalized or customized orders
• Gift card books that have been written in or used
• Items returned after 30 days

How to Return

Step 1: Email us at support@heartbook.store within 30 days with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return (helps us improve!)
• Photos of the item (if damaged)

Step 2: We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours

Step 3: Pack your item securely and drop it off at any USPS location

Step 4: Refund processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Refund Options

• Full refund to your original payment method (processing time: 5-7 business days)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or refund you immediately - no return required! Just email us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

We cover return shipping for damaged/defective items.
