Items not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized orders
  • Gift card books that have been written in or used
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged)

Step 2: We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours

Step 3: Pack your item securely and drop it off at any USPS location

I purchased a Heartbook for my son’s college graduation, and it was hands down one of the best gifts I’ve ever given. The book was incredibly creative and meaningful. I attached cash to each page using paper clips, matching the amount to the theme of the page, and when he flipped through it, he was absolutely blown away. Seeing all the thoughtful messages combined with the cash made it so much more special than simply handing him a card with money inside. His smile as he turned each page was priceless. It felt personal, fun, and memorable, which is exactly what I wanted for such a big milestone. I paired the Heartbook with an engraved journal featuring his name and wrote a handwritten note inside. Together, they made the perfect graduation gift. If you’re looking for a unique way to celebrate someone you love, I couldn’t recommend Heartbook more. I think specific ideas of what gift cards to use would be helpful. Or maybe we are to put money on the ones that don’t have a specific thing (gas and coffee for example are easy but utilities are not) The premise of these are good but thinking it could be better- include secure envelopes so we don’t have to tape them, less likely to get lost-both sides of each page could be used etc
